This apartment was adapted to suit the requirements an elderly woman’s heir, who is a single graphic designer. The old carpets were removed, the concrete floors were perfectly polished, while the space was carefully planned and designed.

“I want a place were I can live and enjoy my lifestyle, a space that can revert to a conventional apartment should I ever want to sell it,” says the heir.
Old service areas were converted into new bathrooms, while a polycarbonate-roofed conservatory was built in what it had been an unused room.
The recycled materials were important in this project
The recycled materials were important in this project and several strategies were developed to effect this. The architects collected materials from demolition sites, such as the wooden floorboards selected from an old building.
The kitchen and bathrooms have been fitted with products such as: Veracruz marble, Thasos stone or Byzantine glass and granite.
