Designing a Perfect Zen Sanctuary for Yoga & Meditation

With yoga and meditation more popular than ever, interior designer Lisa Melone Cloughen of MC Interiors has several design tips your readers can use to create their own Zen retreat! According to Lisa, “Meditation and yoga are all about connecting the mind and body with the universe, so it is essential that the space enhances the experience”.
